How I think and operate

Start with "why" and impact

I never enter "building features" or "building dashboards". I always ask: what business pain are we solving? What decision does this unlock? What metric changes?

Think in 4 simultaneous layers

Strategy (why it matters), System (how it connects), Execution (what to do now) and Narrative (how to sell internally). Few people operate across all four simultaneously.

Experimentation with measurement

Even with big themes (transformation, AI, culture), I push for test, iterate and measure cycles. No long blind bets.

Systemic, people-centered approach

I combine data and AI strategy with human-centered design. I treat transformation as cultural change powered by data and clear metrics.

Better at 0 to 1 than 1 to N

I shine with new problems, inventing approaches, prototyping, creating language and structure. My energy drops with routine and repetition.
