EXECUTIVE MENTORING

Redesign your career with clarity, focus and AI as an ally

Executive mentoring for professionals aged 35–50 in tech, data and product who want to navigate career transitions, avoid burnout and use AI in their favor - not as a source of anxiety.

Is this your situation?

Identity and direction crisis

You built a solid career, but now you feel on autopilot. AI, layoffs and rapid changes make you ask: “What do I do now?” and “Am I still relevant?”

Overload and cognitive burnout

Too many options, constant FOMO, pressure to “reinvent yourself”. You consume a lot of content but can’t turn it into clear action. Analysis paralysis.

Fear of falling behind with AI

You see AI as a threat, not a tool. You don’t know how to position yourself, which skills to build, or how to use AI to multiply your value (instead of being replaced).

Wanting a portfolio career, but without structure

You want to combine a formal job + consulting + your own product, but you don’t know where to start, how to price, manage time, or organize your finances.

Who this mentoring is for

Executives/leaders in transition

You are (or were) a Head, Director, or VP in tech/data/product. Now you want to pivot to consulting, an international path, or a portfolio career.

Objective: Clarity on next steps, strategic positioning and how to turn your experience into an asset

Senior professionals who want to level up

Senior PM, Data Lead, or Tech Lead who wants to become GPM, Head, or C-level. Strong delivery, but needs more strategy and executive leadership.

Objective: Build an executive narrative, influence skills and a clear promotion roadmap

Professionals pursuing an international career

You want to work remotely for global companies, move countries, or build a Brazil–abroad hybrid career, but you’re unsure how to position yourself or navigate cultural differences.

Objective: Global positioning strategy, cultural adaptation and international networking

Professionals building a portfolio career

You want to combine employment + freelance + consulting + your own product. You have multiple interests/skills, but need a structure to organize time, income and energy.

Objective: A framework to manage multiple income streams, pricing and a sustainable routine

METHODOLOGY

My methodology

01

Strategic diagnosis

2–3 sessions

A complete mapping: where you are, where you want to go and what’s blocking you. We identify patterns, limiting beliefs and hidden opportunities.

  • Map of your current context (career, finances, energy, relationships)
  • Clarity on your values, strengths and real goals (not only “what’s expected of you”)
  • Identification of 3–5 critical blockers and quick-win opportunities
02

Strategy and roadmap

2–3 sessions

We build your strategic plan: clear goals (3, 6, 12 months), priority actions and success metrics - anchored in your reality (time, energy, resources).

  • Personal roadmap with OKRs (Objectives & Key Results)
  • Transition plan if needed (e.g., employment → consulting, IC → leadership)
  • Decision framework for future opportunities (“what to accept and what to decline”)
  • Basic financial plan if relevant (runway, pricing, multiple income streams)
03

Narrative and positioning

2–3 sessions

We develop your personal brand and executive communication: how you present yourself (LinkedIn, interviews, networking), how you articulate value and how to use AI to amplify your presence.

  • Clear executive narrative (who you are, what you do, for whom and why)
  • Optimized LinkedIn (headline, about, featured, strategic posts)
  • AI copilot framework (how to use LLMs for productivity, learning, creation)
  • Visibility plan (where to show up, what to share, how to do strategic networking)
04

Execution and follow-up

Ongoing (biweekly or monthly sessions)

You execute; I support. We adjust the plan based on real-world feedback. We celebrate wins, correct the course and protect your focus and energy.

  • Progress reviews with roadmap adjustments
  • Structured accountability (goals, commitments, honest feedback)
  • Support for critical decisions (job offers, negotiations, pivot vs. persist)
  • Access to frameworks, templates and tools as needed

Measurable Outcomes

What changes in 30 days?

Clarity of direction

You leave with next 3-6 months mapped: where to focus, what to stop, which opportunities to pursue.

Structured executive narrative

LinkedIn optimized, elevator pitch sharpened, clear positioning for recruiters and decision-makers.

Executable action plan

Concrete roadmap with weekly milestones, progress metrics and accountability.

First strategic conversations

Targeted networking, first contacts with companies/recruiters aligned with your goal.

Working as a PO across three different teams, I realized that using the same agile methodology for all wasn't efficient. That's when I had the opportunity to talk with Alexandre - a productive and relaxed conversation about my teams' context and the market. It helped me find the best way to work with each team and improve their performance.

At a time when I was still figuring out which path to follow in IT, I was lucky to have Alexandre's mentorship. With attentive listening and honest feedback, he helped me see more clearly not only the direction I wanted to focus on, but also the value of my journey. What struck me most was how he helped me open my eyes to my own capability - something I carry to this day with more confidence.
